Who is the maker behind Glimmer Small Batch?

Hi, I'm Kristen, and I'm the maker behind Glimmer Small Batch! I graduated with a pastry degree from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts a number of years ago - hobbies and passions have taken me far and wide since then, and I'm delighted to be reimmersed in the inspiring - and tasty! - world of pastry.  Read a bit more of my story here. 

What's behind the name Glimmer Small Batch?

In fall 2025 - Kristen learned about the concept of a "glimmer" - small moments of joy, happiness, and peace that surface by appreciating small, fleeting, everyday experiences. Feeling the warmth of the sun. Cozying up on the couch with a favorite soft blanket and your cat. Savoring a bite of a decadent chocolate chip cookie. Seeing a loved one’s friendly face. These micro-moments of nervous system regulation help to foster feelings of well being.

We strive to bring more glimmer moments to your life, while filling our own cup of joy! Nothing brings Kristen more joy than baking, creating, and sharing beautiful, thoughtful, intentional, flavorful treats with you.

What do you offer?

We currently offering a selection of handcrafted cookies, brownies & bars, pastries, and artisan chocolate bars.  Kristen is forever inspired by learning, and new recipes & techniques - so expect new offerings on a regular basis.  Have a suggestion for something you'd like to see?  Let us know! 

How fresh are your cookies & baked goods?

All of our treats are prepared fresh for you in small batches, using premium ingredients. Baked goods are prepared no more than 24 hours prior to delivery.

I have allergies, can you accommodate me?

While great care is taken to prevent cross-contact, we work in a kitchen that uses processes the "big nine" allergens - Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Wheat, Soybeans, Sesame (and Coconut, too).  As such, we are unable to guarantee that our items are allergen free. By law, all of our products have a full ingredient label with "big nine" allergens called out. 

Can I make changes to my order?

As a very small operation, we run a tight ship, which means that order modifications may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control how they stored once delivered to the customer, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds, and all sales are final.  Your satisfaction means the world to us however - if there is an issue with your order, please contact us - we'll do everything we can to make it right!
